A farmer want to practice crop rotation in his field.Suggest a Rabi crop and a kharif crop which will replenish is field with nitrogen. Which crop replenish nitrogen and why?

Rabi crop - wheat

Kharip crop - soyabean or groundnut

The farmer can possibly grow the crops of leguminous plants on the grounds that these plants have rhizobium microscopic organisms in them which help to recharge the dirt with nitrogen properly.


Various precedents of Rabi crops are wheat and khesari.


And then examples of Kharif crops are rice and soybean.
