A farmer wants to fence his field by a wire. Length and breadth of his field is 20 m and 16m respectively. How much wire would be needed to fence the whole field. What will be the cost of fencing the field, if the rate of fencing the wire is 3 per metre?

Total wire needed = Perimeter = 72 m

Cost = 72 * 3 = 216
