we know that the area of a square equals to the square of it's side

i.e.,

area =(side)^2

$\implies \: area \: of \: the \: feild = \\ {side}^{2} \\ = {150}^{2} \\ = 22500m$

therefore the farmer has to plough the area of 22500m
