Let the son's age be " x "
The father's age be " 3x "
The equation is
➬ 3x + 10 = 2 ( x + 10 )
➬ 3x + 10 = 2x + 20
➬ 3x - 2x = 20 - 10

➬ The present age of son is 10.
➬ The present age of father is
➬ 3( 10 ) = 30
