A father is six times as old as his daughter. After 4 years he will be only four times as old as his daughter will be.what are their present ages.

let age of father = x

     age of daughter = y

therefore A.T.Q.

x = 6y

(x+4)=4(y+4)

after solving these 2 eqns u will get

x=36 , y = 6
