the temperature scale of thermometer is always between 0 degree (freezing point) celsius to 100 degree celsius (boiling point). Now if we rise the scale to 20 degrees than boiling point will increase to 120 degree celsius. Now thus the 60 degree will now be read as 80 degree celsius temperature.
