A feild is 15m long and 12m broad . at one corner of the feild a rectangular well of dimensions 8m,2.5m,2m is dug out soil is spred evenly over the rest of the feild find the rise in level of the rest of the feild​

∴ Increase in level of remaining field × Area of remaining field = Volume of earth removed from the pit

Increase in level of remaining field = 40/160 =0.25m
