Total year of Polar body ( PB) production = 30 yrs - 13 yrs = 17 years .
In one year = 12 PB , So in 17 yrs = 17 × 12 = 204 PB .
As 3 children are born so extra 3 PB is formed .
So PB is 204 + 3 = 207 .
One child Absence of PB formation = 15 PB ( 15 months ) ( 9 months gestation and 6 months lactation)
For 3 children = 15 × 3 =45 .
The net PB = 207 - 45 = 162 .
