Answer:

300 kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Phosphate : Nitrogen : Potash = 4 : 6 : 5

ie, phosphate is 4/15 part of the total which is 80 kg.

So the total weight of fertilizer = 80 * (15/4) = 20*15 = 300 kg

Answer:

300 kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Let , no. of kilo grams of fertilizer which contains 80 kilo grams of Phosphate = m kilograms

Ratio of phosphate:nitrogen:potash is given as 4:6:5

so , let amount of phosphate = 4y kg

let amount of nitrogen = 6y kg

let amount of potash = 5y kg

Acc to question, amount of phosphate is given ,which is 80 kg

Therefore , 4y = 80kg

                    y =20 kg

no. of kilogram of fertilizer = 4y+6y+5y

                                           = 4*20+6*20+5*20    (putting the value of y)

                                           = 80+120+100  = 300kgs.
