Subject - Complaint about the improper functioning of the television

Sir,

I purchased a Videocon colour LED TV with remote control on the 1st November 2020 from your shop vide cash memo no. 450. It has one year warranty and I have the warranty card with me.

I regret to inform you that the day I got it installed, it is not functioning properly. It loses colour many times. The picture often flickers, even the sound is not clear most of the times, I think there is some manufacturing defect in it as the technician you sent could not set it right.

Kindly replace the television at your earliest. Please check the it properly before delivering it.
