In beaker A containing 0.2% of sugar solution, there will be no change observed. But in case of beaker B, the exosmosis occurs as there is more solute concentration outside as compared to inside. This occurs when a material is kept in hypertonic solution. These type of changes are observed when there is difference in concentration of outside and inside.
