perimeter=2(l+b)
=2(130+95)m
=450m

since,the cost of fencing/m =Rs.20

=> P = 2( 130 + 95) m.
=> P = 2 * 225 m.
=> P = 450 m.
Hence, The Cost of Fencing = Rate * Perimeter
