For solving this firstly lets try to find out the quantity of earth taken out= 10 x 7.5 x 8 = 600 cu.m

now this has to be uniformly spread on the area= (80 x 50) - (10 x 7.5)= 3925 sq.m

hence the remaning field will rise by = 600/3925 m = 0.1528m= 15.28 cm
Hope this helps
