we know area of a trapezium is..
half×sum of the lengths of paralel sides×perpendicular distance between them
so a/q 1/2 ×[10 +25]× 14
=1/2×35×14
=35×7
=245msquare
hope it helps dear friend...

Let us draw BE || AD
Then ABED is a parallelogram BE = 13 m DE = 10 m EC = 15 m
For BEC
S=13+14+15/2=21
now area of ∆BEC =√21(×8×7×6)
=84m^2
Now this will be equal to 1/2×b×h
1/2×b×h=84
B=15
so h=11.2m=BP
and the area of parallelogram ABED
=base ×height
DE×BP
=10×11.2
112m^2
so area of trapezium ABCD is 112+84
which is equal to 196m^2
Area of trapezium =196m^2
hope this helps you....
