A field is in the form of a rhombus which has a perimeter measuring 100 m and an altitud
measuring 20 m. Find the side of a square whose area is equal to the area of the given rhombus.​

Answer:

Area of a rhombus is given by,

Area = side * corresponding side

Area = ( 100 / 4 ) * 20

Area = 500 m square

and we know that area of rhombus is equal to the

area of square

500 = side* side

root ( 500) = side

Side = 22.36 cm
