One side = 30 m
By Using Pythagoras
(HY)² = (B)² + ( AL)²
(50)²= (B)²+ (30)²
2500= B² + 900 
2500-900 = B²
1600 = B²
√1600 = B
40 = B 
B = 40 m 
Area = 1/2 × b× h 
= 1/2×40×30 
= 20×30 
=600 m²
