area of triangle =3.5ha=35,000m^2
Base b=350m
let the height be h or altitude
area of triangle =Base x height
height h=35000/350
h=100m

Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

h = 200 m

● Explanation -

Given that the area of a triangle is 3.5 hectre = 35000 sq.m. Also length of base is given as 350 m.

As we know formula for area of triangle is -

Area of triangle = 1/2 × base × altitude

35000 = 1/2 × 350 × h

h = 35000 / 175

h = 200 m

Hence, corresponding altitude is 200 m.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...
