so, area of triangle = 1/2 × height × base

hence, area of field = 1/2 × 120m × 90 m [ see figure to understand]

= 60 × 90 m²

= 540 m²

leveling the field at the rate 12 Rs/m²

so, cost of the leveling of the whole field = area of field × rate

= 540 × 12

= 6480 Rs.

hence, answer is 6480
