ANSWER:-

Given:

A field is in the form of trapezium it's area is 1586m² & distance between its parallel sides is 26, one parallel sides is 84m.

To find:

Find the other parallel sides.

Solution:

Let the length of other parallel sides of trape. =xcm.

Length of one parallel sides of trape.=84cm.

Area of trapezium= 1586m²

Distance between parallel sides= 26m

Therefore,

We know that the area of trapezium is;

 =  >  \frac{1}{2} (sum \: of \: sides) \times distance \: between \: parallel \: sides

So,

 =  > 1586 =  \frac{1}{2} (84 + x) \times 26 \\  \\  =  >1586 = (84 + x) \times 13 \\  \\  =  > 84 + x =  \frac{1586}{13} \\  \\  =  >  84 + x = 122 \\  \\  =  > x = 122 - 84 \\  \\  =  > x = 38m

Hence,

The length of other parallel sides of trapezium is 38m.
