A field is in the shape of an isosceles trapezium with the parallel sides measuring 62 m and 56 m long.One of the non-parallel sides measure 40 m.If Shabir jogs 7 laps around the field,what distance will he cover

In an isosceles trapezium , the non parallel sides are equal. So the other non parallel side is also 40 m. Now the perimeter is
(62+56+40+40)m
=198m
Now he takes 7 laps
So total distance covered is 198×7m
=1386m
