Method 1: Take x-axis along the incline and y-axis perpendicular to it. Resolve the initial velocity and acceleration due to gravity along x and y-axes, then apply the equations of motion separately along both the axes; this is the traditional way of solving such problems which has already been discussed here in other answers.
