A field measures 300m by 200m.Find the cost of planting grass on this at the rate of ₹80 per hectre.​

To find the cost of planting grass we have to find area of the field so

Area of field =l×b

=300×170=51000 square

Now convert into hectare

It will be 51000/10000

As 1 hectare=10000m sq

So area field =5.1 hectare sq

Now cost = 5.1 x0.80 p

=

0.408 p
