A fighter plane starts accelerating at a rate of 10 km/ h per second . If its initial speed was 600 km/ h . How long will it take for it to increase its speed to 1000 km/ h?​

Final speed. (v) = 1000Km/h

Acceleration (a) = 10Km/h^2

Time taken. (t) = t

According to first equation of motion:-

v=u+at

1000=600+10t

1000-600=10t

400=10t

400/10=t

40=t

It will take 40 hrs. to attain a speed of 1000km/h.
