We know that the point on x-axis has y-coordinate as 0

So 2x + 3(0) = 6
2x = 6
x = 3

So x=3 is the point where the line 2x + 3y = 6 meets the x-axis

Hope This Helps You!

Hi there !!

2x + 3y = 6

Here ,

y = 0

2x + 3 × 0 = 6

2x = 6

x = 6/2

x = 3

The point where graph meets x axis is (3,0)
