a) first write numbers in increasing order = 14, 14, 14, 14, 17, 18, 18, 18, 22, 23, 25, 28
14 came more ( 4 times)
mode = 14
b) factors of 20 = 1,  2, 4, 5, 10, 20 =42
mean = sum of all numbers /total numbers
mean = 1+2+4+5+10+20/6 = 42/6 = 7
c) mean = x/15=8 => x = 15*8 = 120
new mean = 120/15 +2 = 120+30/15 (lcm)
                => 150/15 = 10
new mean = 10
