l=28m

b=16m

Since the ground is in form of a rectangle

Area of rectangle =l×b

So area of rectangle= 28×16=448m^2

Cost /m^2= 5rupees

So cost of levelling =448×5=2240 rupees

b) Since fencing is done along perimeter

Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

P= 2(28+16)=2×44=88

Cost/m= 2.5 rupees

So total cost =88×2.5=220 rupees
