Answer:

perimeter of the rectangle

=2(length+breadth)

=2{(x+4)^2+(x-4)^2}

=2{x^2+8x+16+x^2-8x+16}

=2(2x^2+32)

=4(x^2+16)

Answer:

 {(x + 4)}^{2} =  {x}^{2} + 8x + 16 \\ ( {x  - 4)}^{2} =  {x}^{2} - 8x + 16 \\ perimeter = 2( {x}^{2}  + 16 +  {x}^{2}  + 16) \\  = 2(2x {}^{2}  + 32) \\ =  4x {}^{2}  + 64
