A)Let the no of terms be n
2+(n-1)2=80
(n-1)2=78
n-1=39
n=40
Sum=40/2(2+80)
=20(82)=1640
B)Let the number of terms be 'n'.
1+(n-1)1=49
(n-1)=48
n=49
Sum=49/2(1+49)
=49/2×50=1225.
