(a) Find the time (in hours) required to fill a cylindrical water tank through a pipe
at the rate of 11 litres per minute, if the volume of the tank is 33m3​

Pay attention:

Volume of 1 cm of tank height -

V1= Pi (140/2)^2 = 15,391 CC or 15.931 L per cm height

Volume of 30 cm height - V2 = V1 x 30 = 15.931 x 30 = 477.93 L

Time to reach 30 cm fall at Leak rate L1 is 33 L / hour.

T1 = V2/L1 = 477.93/33 = 14.483 Hours. 14 hours 28 minutes 58.8 seconds.
