Step-by-step explanation:

a)

2x = 90° (We all know that for a square)

=>x = 45°

A diagonal inside a square always divides the angles into two equal parts, hence

5y = 90°/2( two parts of 90°)

=> y = 45/5 = 9°

A square has always equal measure of sides,

that is 2k = 16

k = 8

x = 45°, y = 9° and k = 8 are your answers to (a).

(b) One of its diagonals of a rhombus is equal to one of its sides i.e,. one diagonal is equal to any side of a rhombus as a rhombus has its all sides equal.

Hence, we get two equilateral triangle inside the rhombus. as we all know an equilateral triangle has 60° as their inner angles i.e,. two anglea of the rhombus are of 60° and other two angles are of 120° as the diagonal divides an angle into two equal parts.

Answers to your question are 60°, 120°, 60° and 120°.
