Dear Sir,
I, Nandini Mukherjee , a citizizen of Newtown, kolkata-700059 want to discuss a serious matter with you.
Recently A fire broke out in Diana mall. The fire spread out almost into the whole building. I found it very serious so I thought of requesting to you to write this on the telegraph. It almost took five men's and two children's lives. Others in the mall were seriously injured.
So I request you to write this on the newspaper. It will be a kindness of you. Please look into this matter.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully
Nandini Mukherjee
Some compulsory rules to write a report/letter
- Always try to make it concrete and to the point. (concise)
- Write only three paragraphs.
- Never write any number in numerics always write in words ( don't write 5 , instead write five)
- After thanking you, always write yours faithfully . Most people make mistake in this part and faithfully's 'f' will always be in small letters.
THANK YOU FOR THE QUESTION❤
