A fireworks shell is accelerated from rest to a velocity of 50 m/s over a distance of 0.250m . calculate the acceleration. how long did the acceleration last ? to be answered by experts only !!

v² = u² + 2aS

Initial velocity= u = 0. 
Final velocity= v = 50 m/s. 
Distance= S = 0.250 m 

a = 50²/(2 x 0.250)
 = 5000 m/s
