The habitat of a fish is underwater and all its body parts are specifically designed to breathe underwater. wheras, a lizard's habitat is on the land and all it's body parts are designed to live on the land. For a lizard to live underater,it's body parts should be designed to live underwater.and for a fish, its body parts should also be designed to live on land. the term used in such abilities that allow fish and lizard to survive in their respective habitats is known as adaptation.
