10% of the whale fish never caught either a blue or red fish,

To Find : percentage of whale fishes were successful in catching at least one blue fish and at least one red fish

Solution:

 Caught Blue Fish  = 80%

 caught a red fish  =  60 %

whale fish never caught either a blue or red fish, = 10 %

 Caught Both fish  = x
