Molecular mass of CO² = 12+32=44

THEREFORE,
moles of CO² = 4.4/44 = 0.1.

therefore molecules present = NA/10
a)= 6.023 x 10²² molecules.

b) atoms of oxygen = 2 x 6.023 x 10²² = 12.04 x 10²².
