ti is 6 m because by applying pythagoras theorem the summation of squares of 5 and 3 is 36 and squareroot of 36 is 6 .so the height of the door from the ground is 6m.

ANIMAE: Please can you give me it in photo form ..please
ANIMAE: actually if we take the square root of 5 and 3 it would be 34 not 36 ...Anyways thax
ANIMAE: thanx*
pratham107: sorry sorry i will ask to my maths teacher and soon tell you the correct answer.
ANIMAE: ok thank you

Answer: It is 4 m considering Pythagoras' theorem stating that the square of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the square of the other 2 lengths.

Step-by-step explanation:

Hypotenuse = 5 metres

y = 3 metres

x = ?

Hypotenuse^2 = 25

y^2 = 9

x^2 = 16

x = Root of 16

x = 4
