Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

given,

a = 26

b=28

c=30

s = \frac{a + b + c}{2}

s=\frac{26 +28+30}{2}

s=\frac{84}{2} =42

by applying heron s formulae = \sqrt{s (s-a)(s - b)(s - c)}

                                                   =\sqrt{42(42 -26)(42-28)(42-30)}

                                                   =\sqrt{42  * 16 * 14 * 12

                                                   =√42×16×14×12

                                                   =√2×3×7×2×2×2×2×2×7×2×2×3

                     taking common   =  7×2×3×2×2×2

              area of triangle   = 336 cm^{2}

       cost of polishing cm^{2}  =  50 rupees

cost of polishing a floor of triangle = 336 × 50

                                                             =16800 rupees

hence , cost of polishing triangular floor is rupees 16800
