Area of floor = l × b = 15×8=120m^2 = 120 × 10000cm^2 = 1200000cm^2

Now area of 1 tile = l × b = 50×25=1250cm^2

Number of tiles = total area of floor / area of 1 tile
= 1200000/ 1250
=960 tiles are required

Area of the floor=1500×800 cm² , Area of each tile=50×25 cm²
No.of tiles required=Area of the floor/Area of each tile
=(1500×800)/(50×25)=960(Ans.)
