area of the floor=10*6
=60m^2
width of the carpet=1 m
area of carpet should be equal to the area of floor to cover the floor.
area of carpet =60m^2
let length of carpet=x
area of carpet= length*width
60m^2= x*1
x= 60÷1
x=60m
price of 1m^2 carpet=Rs.15
price of 60m^2 carpet=60*15
=Rs.900
