Hi there!

So lets proceed with your problem.

So the height of the parallelogram is 10 cm or 0.1 m.

And the base is 24 cm or 0.24 m.

And, the area of the parallelogram is base x height.

Thus, area of the parallelogram is 0.1 m x 0.24 m = 0.024 m square.

Total area of the floor is 1080 m square.

Thus, number of tiles is,

1080 m square/ 0.024 m square = 45000 tiles!

Thus the answer is 45000 titles.

Wow! That is a lot! :)
