a flooring tile is in thr shape of a parllelogram having base 12 cm and corresponding height is 8 cm how many such tiles are required to cover a rectangular floor having dimensions 16m × 9m​

area of parallelogram
=1/2 X base X height
=1/2 X 12 X 8
=48cm^2
area of floor
= base X height
=16 X 9
=144 m. sq.= 14400 cm.sq.
tiles required=
14400/48= 300
this is now what im getting
