So we get

Area=2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×3×3

It can be written as  

Area=2×2×2×2×2×3

By multiplication

Area=96cm²  

So the area of one tile = 96cm²  

The area of 16 triagular tiles=96(16)=1536cm²  

It is given that the cost of polishing the tiles per sq cm=₹1

So the cost of polishing all the tiles=₹(1×1536)=₹1536

Therefore, the  cost of polishing the tiles is ₹1536
