Given : A florist makes as many garlands as there are number of flower in garland  . Florist could make 73 garlands

To find :  cost of his nursery at the rate of 10/flower

Solution :

A florist makes as many garlands as there are number of flower in garland

florist could make 73 garlands

Flower in each garland = 73

Hence total Flower = Number of Garland & flower in garland

= 73 * 73

= 73²

= (70 + 3)²

= 70² + 2(70)(3) + 3²

= 4900 + 420 + 9

= 5329

Total Flowers = 5329

Cost of one flower  = Rs 10

Cost of his nursery = 5329 * 10  = Rs 53290
