\textbf{\huge{Question:}}

A flower vase is in the form of frustum of a cone. The radii of the two circular ends are 7 cm and 4.2 cm. If it's depth is 14 cm, how much water can it hold?

\textbf{\huge{Solution:}}

We are provided with the height, bigger radius and smaller radius of the flower vase. We are asked to find the volume of the cone.

\textbf{Formula:}

\sf\:Volume=\dfrac{1}{3}\pi\:(R^{2}+r^{2}+Rr)h

\sf\: \implies \: \dfrac{1}{3}\times \dfrac{22}{7}(7^{2}+4.2^{2}+42\times7) 14

\implies \: \sf\dfrac{1}{3} \times \dfrac{22}{7} (49 + 17.64 + 294)14 \\ \\ \sf \implies \: \dfrac{2}{3} \times 22 \times 360.64 \\ \\ \sf \implies \: 5289.38 \: {cm}^{3}
