I2 = I1 + mx^2

according to law of conservation of angular momentum,

0.8 * 100 = (0.8 + 1.6x^2) * 80
calculating the above,
1.6x^2 = 0.2
Hence,
x = 1/2(root 2)
x = 0.35 m
