A food item rich in Vitamin C is cooked at high temperature. Ryan denies eating it as it is not healthy anymore. Do you agree with Ryan? Why/ why not?

Yes I agree, as Ryan says if vitamin c food are hate at high temperature, the vitamin c content decreases, so it leads to unhealthy food
