so,probability of incorrect result =2/3

therefore, probability of forecasting at least 3 correct result for 4 matches = probability of 3 correct and 1 correct or probability of all 4 correct

= 4*(1/3)^3 * (2/3) + (1/3)^4

=(1/3)^4 (8+1)

=9/3^4
