As the IST our time is ahead by 5:30 hrs from Greenwich thus,
6:00-5:30
=1:30
Sao Paulo is behind from Greenwich,there is 3hrs difference between Greenwich,thus we have to subtract 3hrs from 1:30
And answer is 9:30.
Therefore it would be 9:30 pm at Sao Paulo.
