workdone by the force is 25 J

A force (3i + 4j) N acts on a body and displaces it by (3i + 4j) m.

we have to find workdone by the force.

we know, workdone is the dot product of force applied on body and displacement of body.

i.e., W = F.s

here, F = (3i + 4j) N , s = (3i + 4j) m

W = (3i + 4j).(3i + 4j)

= 3 × 3 + 4 × 4

= 9 + 16

= 25 J
