F = mv/t

v = Ft/m
= F * 0.2 / 1.4
= F/7

v = u + at
0 = F/7 + 2a
a = -F/14

S = v^2 - u^2 / (2a)
4 = (0 - F^2/49) / (2*(-F/14))
-4 * 2 * F/14 = - F^2 / 49
4F/7 = F^2 / 49
F = 4 * 49/7
F = 28 N

Magnitude of Force is 28 N
